NATURAL ABACA CUTLERY HOLDER BOX

The abaca box 3 compartments and lid is ideal as a cutlery holder or to contain and divide various materials. The lid protects the stored materials from dust as well as making the basket extremely elegant. The abaca of which it is composed is a plant native to the Philippines, but in the past its cultivation has also been introduced in Southeast Asia and Latin America. The best species from which to obtain fibers is Musa textilis, a kind of banana tree. The abaca is used for canvases, fabrics and ropes that are extremely flexible, light and resistant. It can be cleaned with a damp sponge or with a dry stain remover.
