DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY 

Once you receive your order confirmation, please allow 2-7 working days for your purchase/s to reach you. All orders are shipped with An Post. 

We also offer a collection service if you should prefer. This option will be given to you at checkout. 

Unfortunately, large items such as console tables and mirrors cannot be shipped at present. These items can be purchased through our website but will be available for collection only. 

RETURNS 

 We understand that not everything works out.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact kildare@experthardware.ie within two weeks of receiving your order and we will assist you with your return.

All items are returned to the following address:

Kildare town, 

Co. Kildare.

Unfortunately postage costs for returns cannot be refunded. We ask that all items are returned to us in their original condition, with their tags attached, unused and clean. Only when the items are returned to us in this condition will we then issue a refund.

Please note: all paint/wallpaper products, sale items, or special order items cannot be returned or refunded.
